This is one of the largest P. canariensis left in Miami after Hurricane Andrew...and it just happens to be in my front yard!

Likely to be the hardiest form of this palm, from cultivated trees in Timaru, New Zealand. Fast growing, and tolerant of rather lower temperatures than the regular form, above.
