This is surely a rare cycad of great interest to collectors. Dark green pinnate leaves and a trunk to perhaps 2 m. Coming as it does, from areas with high annual rainfall, it requires a good supply of water and should never be allowed to dry out. Photos are of the silver form in habitat.
